jogging-on-the-spot　：２５ minutes

It has been five years and 265 days in a row since I broke my smoking habit.
I didn't do push-ups for the fourth straight day because the internal bleeding
had not completely gone, but I hope to resume them as soon as possible.

Very fortunately, I think there are no casualties from the typhoon #10 in Nagoya.
Now, it's greatly sunny and a little crisp.
I feel a little cold while I am using an electric fan.
I've found that rice ears have begun turning a little yellowish in rice fields
on my way to the workplace, which means this year's autumnal weather is steadily
coming nearer and nearer.
Let's survive this summer as the end of scorching heat is close to us.
