Twelve years and three hundred and twenty-three days
in a row have passed since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
sixty-second consecutive day including the latest two
days of 28-time push-ups.

Today again, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya and there are
very few clouds in the blue sky.
Very happily, I was able to do a total of 110-minute
walking yesterday for the first time in a very long time.
I think that my legs' muscles have got almost normally
strong, and I might be able to do a long-distance walking.
If possible, I would like to challenge one.
