I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and three hundred and eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the third
successive day and more than 9-time push-ups for the
forty-seventh straight day.

It is mostly sunny in Nagoya and I can enjoy plenty
of sunlight with crisp air of typically autumnal
weather.
I was planning to do a long-distance walking in the
very near future, but now I think that I had better
postpone it until I can have confidence in that my
legs' muscle has become strong enough to endure a
long-distance walking.
