It has been twelve years and three hundred and
fourteen days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by
just one time to 24 times yesterday and kept over
9-time push-ups for the fiftythird consecutive day.

Continuing from yesterday, it is, today again,
greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there
are completely no clouds in the blue skies now.
After I walked for 70 minutes yesterday, I have
still now felt a little heaviness in my legs.
Even so, I think I had better walk today, too.
