I have been able to do without smoking for twelve
years and three hundred and ten days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fifth
straight day and at least 10-time push-ups for the
forty-ninth successive day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is pretty overcast
in Nagoya and actually, I feel a little cold.
Just like this morning's weather forecast, it looks
like it is going to take a turn for the worse.
I have already decided not to do a walking today,
because actually I am feeling anxious that my legs
are tired.
