I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for twelve years and three hundred and three days
in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
forty-second consecutive day including the latest
twelve days of 22-time push-ups.

It is mostly sunny in Nagoya although there are some
clouds in the blue sky with the current temperature
of 19.3 degrees, which makes me feel a little cold.
I have come to realize that walking while pushing a
bicycle puts too less strain on the body than walking
normally to strengthen my legs as part of preparation
for a long-distance walking.
