I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and two hundred and ninety-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the thirty-seventh consecutive day including the
most recent seven days of 22-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya, and there are some clouds in
the blue sky but I can enjoy plent of sunlight.
This morning was the coldest morning in this fall
season with the temperature standing at around 18
degrees.
My judgement of wearing two more pieces of clothing
before going to bed was absolutely correct.
Now I really have to be careful not to catch a cold
including a severe sore throat.
