I have been able to do without smoking for twelve years
and three hundred and twenty days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
fifty-ninth successive day including the most recent
two days of 26-time push-ups.

Today again, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya with the
current temperature of around 17 degrees, which makes
me feel a little warmer than the same time yesterday.
I planned to do a walking yesterday, but I couldn't
due mainly to unexpected work.
So, I really have to walk today as part of preparation
for a long-distance walking in the very near future.
