It has been eleven years and forty-five days in a
row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups
for the two years and twenty-ninth straight day
including the latest five days of 20-time push-ups.

It has been quite cloudy in Nagoya since early this
morning and now it looks like it is going to start
raining pretty soon....and actually it is very cold.
By any measure, I feel that this year's winter season
might be the coldest in my life.
This is not an exaggeration and simply my body feel so.
