I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven years
and thirty-eight days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by four times to
20 times yesterday due mainly to the low back pain,
but I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the two years and twenty-second successive day.

It is sunny with some clouds in Nagoya and I feel that
it is a little dark....Though I can enjoy sunlight,
I need much more sunlight.
I have noticed that this winter's cold is steadily
damaging my mind and morale...It is that cold.
Usually, I can survive winter cold by thinking of
the following cherry blossom viewing season, but
I cannot do that because of the coronavirus pandemic.
