I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years
and twenty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the thirteenth
consecutive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and eighth successive day.

This winter season in Nagoya must be one of the coldest
winters because Nagoya has already seen snowfall five
times although Nagoya usually sees it a few times in
one winter season.
And actually, this morning's lowest temperature in
Nagoya was minus 2.7 degrees, which means that this
morning was the coldest morning this winter season.
Anyway, this year, I really want to make a leap forward.
