Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking ：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１７ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for eleven
years and thirty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
two years and seventeenth successive day including
the most recent eight days of 24-time push-ups.

It has been raining in Nagoya since this morning, and
I had to wear a pair of raincoat while riding my bike
on my way to the workplace.
I feel that it is not so cold although the current
temperature is as low as 4.4 degrees.
I am wondering that the reason may be due to high humidity.
Anyway, rainfall as well as snowfall always cause
trouble to me....Anyway, I need much more sunlight.
