I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and twenty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and ninth straight day including the latest
fourteen days of 22-time push-ups.
It is cloudy in Nagoya and I feel it is a little dark.
The current temperature is 6.2 degrees, which is much
higher than this time yesterday but actually very cold.
The runners at the Hakone Ekiden, a popular relay race
that goes from Tokyo to Hakone and then back to Tokyo
on the race's second day, must be too great since they
are devoting themselves to this race under such a cold
weather....if I were to be much younger....Anyway, HURRAH.
