Seven years and two hundred and ninety-four days in a row have passed since I
overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 14-time push-ups for the twentieth successive day
including the latest twelve days of 21-time push-ups.
It's been raining since early this morning and it's cloudy and I feel a little cold.
Actually, I got a very severe dull pain in my low back in the early morning two days ago.
I felt something might be wrong with my kidney, but very luckily and happily,
a few hours later, the pain was getting milder and milder maily thanks to Loxoprofen.
And now I feel I've completely recovered from the low back pain.
To be honest, I don't know the reason for the pain, but I just guess the chilly weather
on that early morning might have triggered the pain.
Anyway,.....IT'S GOOD TO BE ALIVE.
