Seven years and two hundred and eighty days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day and over
14-time push-ups for the sixth successive day.
It's been raining in Nagoya since last night and it's still raining now.
However, very luckily, it was almost cloudy while riding my bike on my way to
the workplace in the morning, so I didn't have to wear a pair of rain suits.
I feel today's temperatures are relatively low for one of September days.
Actually, I felt a little cold when I woke up this morning.
Anyway,....I have to say.....I need much more sunlight because it's autumn, not summer.
