I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and two hundred and thirty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the fourth successive day and at least
16-time push-ups for the one hundred and eighty-first straight day.

It's hot and humid today again in Nagoya, and I really felt fed up with the
muggy weather while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Basically, this year's rainy season brought much less precipitation in Nagoya,
and what is worse, Nagoya saw much fewer cloudy days than usual.
Which means there have been much more scorching and humid days than usual.
Anyway, I have to survive.....I have to keep myself together.＾＾；；；
