Six years and two hundred and fifteen days in a row have passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the ninth consecutive day and more than 16-time
push-ups for the one hundred and sixty-second successive day.

It's very hot again in Nagoya and I'm very afraid that it's really humid.
I woke up early in the morning due to the heat and humidity.
I had no choice but to open the window and then I fell asleep again.
I'm planning a middle-range walking in the near future but I might have to
avoid such a physical action since it might be risky.....but actually
I feel like walking now....Well, I have to think about this again, anyway.
