I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and two hundred and twenty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the sixteenth successive day and over 15-time
push-ups for the one hundred and sixty-ninth straight day.

It's a little cloudy in Nagoya but very very humid and I began usiing an air-conditioner
while sleeping because I was forced to awake due to the sweltering night.
I make a point of setting the air conditioner's temperature at 29 degrees for cooling.
I've learned that if you set it at under 28 degrees, you will catch a cold.
And actually, the 29-degree setting brings sound sleep to me.
