I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 169 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 19-time push-ups for the four straight days
including the most recent two days of 22 times.
The canker pain in my mouth is about to almost completely disappear, but
there is still just a little pain there.
Anyway I should celebrate the healing with some beer tonight before the
canker pain comes back.＾＾；；；；
