It has been four years and 158 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 21 times
and kept over 18-time push-ups for the sixth successive day.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today but actually it's a little hot with
the predicted highest temperature of 28 degrees.
Anyway I have to walk as preparation for another middle-distance walking.
I also check the route carefully in advance because there seems to be
few places for toilet break.
