Four years and 160 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I kept 21-time push-ups for the third consecutive day and over 18-time push-ups
for the eight successive day.
It's sunny and very hot in Nagoya and weahter reports said this morning that the
highest temperature would be just below 30 degrees.
I've got a little wound inside my mouth just below the tongue.
It sometimes hurts and sometimes I feel a little smarting pain.
What has worried me is that I can't identify the cause of the cut.
Anyway I really hope the wound will heal soon.
