Four years and 157 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the third straight day and over
18-time push-ups for the fifth consecutive day.
I did a middle distance walking for a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes.
I started my workplace for Toukichiro and from Yoshizuya Kiyosu-ten to
Yoshizuya Jimokuji-ten through Kiyosu Park, Kiyosu Castle, Marukawa Park
and Gojo High School.
I passed the route of Kiyosu-ten to Gojo High School for the first time
and I felt interesting because I finally found out the positional relation
among them.
Anyway I hope to do one more middle- or long-distance walking before the rainy season.
