It has been four years nd 150 days in a row since I broke the habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 17-time push-ups for the fifth consecutive day
including the most recent two days of 21 times.
It's sunny today and sometimes cloudy.
I'm planning to do a middle-distance walking but I'm getting worried about
my legs' condition.
Anyway, I resumed walking and standing on one foot for ten minutes each.
I hope I can do another long-distance walking planned in late this month.
