国際女性の日、3月8日。
↓みんなでCOSTAカフェへ、なぜだか大学の同僚がたくさんいる・・・・・
ちょうどいいタイミングでカンボジアの女性状況の全体像を検討できるような仕事をゲット。内容は、カンボジアのジェンダー規範について20-30ページの政策文書作成。
カンボジアのジェンダー規範とかジェンダー関係を分析して問題を洗い出すことを通じて、今後の女性省のジェンダー主流化政策に現在の状況を反映させるための基本となるような文書の作成。こういう仕事をする役得は、どっかに埋もれてたような研究文書を入手できること。研究者としては、これほど勉強になる仕事はないのである。それにしても、各国でいろんな研究者がカンボジアのジェンダーについて研究してるっていうのは、知らなかったし、心強いのである。
↓大量に資料に目をとおして、ひたすら分析するのが仕事
ひたすら目を通すのがとりあえずの仕事。視力が悪くなりそう・・・・・

とりあえず、まだ作成中だけれど、ジェンダー規範についての参考文献。2008年以降の分析ってことになっているので、新しいものばかり。
