I am reading the writings of Harutomo Kanazawa, former mayor of Hanawa Town, Higashishirakawa County, Fukushima Prefecture.
In doing so, I find many things that I have never read before and am unlikely to read in the future.
For example, the poem by Prince Giko(Tokugawa Nariaki), "What is it to those who do not see, the autumn evening twilight on Mt".
This was a waka poem read by the father of that last shogun, Yoshinobu Tokugawa, about the scenery of the town of Yamatsuriyama, a neighboring town of Hanawa-cho, Higashishirakawa-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, where I was born and raised.
Nevertheless, there are many difficult kanji and words in Harutomo Kanazawa's writings.
I had to look them up in the dictionary on my phone.
Even so, there were many characters and phrases I did not understand, so I filled in question marks on the pages of the book.
Furthermore, I couldn't get through the pages easily.
Could it be the first time in my life that I am studying so much?
