I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and two hundred and eighty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and two hundred and sixty-sixth successive day
including the most recent nine days of 21-time push-ups.

It has been cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning
maybe because of the influence of the typhoon #14, which
is forecast to directly hit the Kyushu region tomorrow.
By the way, I have noticed that most of the cherry leaves
in a park on my way to the workplace have already fallen.
It is too early, isn't it?

I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the fifth straight
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the two years and
two hundred and sixty-second consecutive day.

Unbelievably, it is still scorchingly hot in Nagoya with
the current temperature of about 32 degrees.
According to the weather information on the Internet, the
highest temperature is forecast to be 35 degrees...OMG!!!
And worse, tomorrow's highest temperature will also be
35 degrees in mid-September.
This excessively lingering heat is really deadly.

be as abnormally high as 34 degrees.....OMG!
This year's sickly summer heat is really persistent.
I have had enough.
Anyway, I have to be really careful against dehydration.
