Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２１ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１０ minutes


I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
eleven years and two hundred and eighty-three days in
a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the tenth
straight day and more than 9-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and sixty-seventh consecutive day.

It is cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya, but it was
raining just for a short time in the morning.
It is still hot but autumn is steadily coming.
Rice fields are changing color from fairy green to yellow
green little by little, and rice ears are getting gold.
By the way, I was shocked to see an empty can of coffee
in my bicycle's front basket.
Someone must have put it in it......
I really wanna kill him/her....or it(lol).
