Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２２ minutes


It has been eleven years and seventy-three days in a
row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and fifty-seventh consecutive day including
the latest seven days of 20-time push-ups.

Today again, in sharp contrast to yesterday when we
had a cold rain, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya with
plenty of sunlight.
Actually, I felt it was much much warmer while I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
No wonder this morning's lowest temperature was as
high as 4.6 degrees, which is similar to mid-March.
Spring must be surely coming.
