Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for eleven
years and sixty-eight days in a row,
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the two years and fifty-second straight day
including the latest two days of 20-time push-ups.

Today again, it has been overcast since this morning
but I feel that it is much warmer than this time
yesterday with the current temperature of 8.4 degrees.
Also, apparently, it does not look like it is going
to start raining.
However, another powerful cold wave is forecasted
to hit the Japanese archipelago on Wednesday and
Thursday will be very very cold...I have had enough.
