I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and fifteen days in a row.

I was able to resume walking from 15 minutes and standing-on-one-foot from
ten minutes each.
I hope to resume physical exercise littl by little.

Yesterday I was surprised to find that it had become rather hard to peddle
a bike after a two-day sick leave.
I'm sure that recovering my strength is the top priority.

I was able to keep smoke-free for nine years and fouteen days in a row.
I have not done any pysical exercise for these few days and I will not today.

Actually, I could not come to my workplace for two days because I came down
with the flu, which was tested to be the strain of influenza virus type A.
This is the first time in about 45 years that I have caught the flu.
Now I can start back at work from tomorrow.

After my two-day absence, I came to my workplace today only to find two bikes,
which belong to those callous people, on the narrow space where I park my bike.
How dare you!

I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and eleven days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 12-time push-ups for the sixty-eighth consecutive
day including the most recent fifty-three days of 23-time push-ups.

Very very unfortunately, I may have caught a cold.
I have a little fever, a cough, a little headache and had a severe chill last night.
I have decided not to do any physical exercise in order to maintain body strength.
Anyway, I think I had better go see a doctor today.

It has been nine years and ten days in a row since I was able to rid myself
of a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fifty-second successive day and
more than 11-time push-ups for the sixty-seventh straight day.

It was greatly sunny in Nagoya while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace in the morning, but actually it is now pretty cloudy and it looks
like it is going to start raining today again despite a lack of forecasts
of being rainy today.
Unfortunately, I've had a little sore throat again and I feel that I have
a frog in my throat .... I think it must be a small frog, though.＾＾；；；

Nine years and nine days in a row have passed since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 12-time push-ups for the sixty-sixth
consecutive day including the latest fifty-one days of 23 times of them.

It had been raining in Nagoya until early this morning, but very fortunately,
the sun began shining just when I was about to leave my home by bike.
And now it is quite cloudy and a little dark.
It looks like it is going to start raining again pretty soon.
Just as weather ladies said last night, it is rather warmer than usual
with much higher humidity.
However, I will have to be careful about a possible fluctuation in temperatures
in order not to catch a cold.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and
eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fiftieth consecutive day
and at least 12-time push-ups for the sixty-fifth straight day.

It had been raining in Nagoya until around 8 a.m. since early this
morning and it was a cold rain, but very fortunately, it had stopped
raining when I left my home for my workplace by bike.
Now it is quite cloudy and pretty dark.
It looks like it is going to strat raining soon.
A little higher humidity than usual might make me feel that the winter
cold is just a little milder.
Anyway, I have to look forward to tomorrow because the highest temperature
is predicted to be 17 degrees.
