I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and three days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 11-time push-ups for the sixtieth straight
day including the most recent forty-five days of 23-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with a little tail wind while riding my bike
on my way to the workplace, which means the wind is the cold north wind.
I feel that today is one of the best days for me because there was no
Chubu Shokuryo truck or callous people's bike inside and in front of the
common parking space when I got to the workplace, which has been making me
feel very peaceful.
I really wish such a peaceful day would continue for days to come.
