I was able to keep smoke-free for nine years and twenty days in a row.
I was also able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive
day including the most recent two days of 15-time push-ups.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again and I could enjoy seeing
snow-capped Mt. Ontake far in the distance in the east from the bridge
on my way to the workplace by bike.
I love this year-end and new-year period because it is very unlikely
to see those callous people and their bikes.
I'm sure it always makes me feel completely peaceful.
I wish they would never appear again.
