I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and ninety-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the thirty-seventh straight day and
more than 17-time push-ups for the forty-fourth consecutive day.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today but actually it's a little windy.
I feel sunlight is getting stronger and stronger little by little.
I took a walk for Yokoi-Yama park the other day and I found that, to my
little surprise, just several cherry blossoms had already bloomed.
Maybe, only that spot catches the sun much better than other areas.

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and ninety-six days in a row.
I also was able to keep at least 18-time push-ups for the fourty-third successive day
including the most recent thirty-six days of 21 times of them.

It's sunny in Nagoya but actually it was raining in the sunshine or Kitsune-no-yomeiri
in Japanes which I have experienced in Aichi prefecture many timese since I was a child.
I've noticed that the buds of cherry trees on my way to the workplace are swelling
little by little and day after day.
I bet I can enjoy cherry blossoms in as early as two weeks.
This season is coming round again soon.

It has been six years and ninety-five days in a row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the thirty-fifth straight day and
over 17-time push-ups for the forty-second consecutive day.

It's sunny but a little windy, so I had to wear one more pants while riding
a bike on my way to the workplace.
To be honest, I feel sick whenever the callous people come in sight.
I really hope I do without seeing them every single day without fail,
because their existence itself is the great source of my daily stress.
Writing this is itself disgusting.
I have to forget their presence as soon as possible today again.

I was able to keep more than 17-time push-ups for the forty-first successive day
icluding the latest thirty-four days of 21 times of them.

It's cloudy and sometimes sunny, but actually I feel it's much warmer than yesterday.
Today's forecast highest temperature is 15 degrees, which means I will not have to
wear a winter jacket during the day.
Indeed, I have freedom to think about anything including "I want to kill them", but
of course, no one has freedom to kill them.
Thinking is one thing and doing is another.
.....Which means I can enjoy thinking about anything.

If I can study there without problem, then, it will lead to saving money.
