It has been six years and on hundred and four days in a row since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep more than 17-time push-ups for the fifty-first successive day
including the latest five days of 22-time push-ups.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya again and I've noticed that the buds of the cherry
trees on my way to the workplace are turning color from brown to ocher or greenish brown,
which makes me feel sure cherry blossoms are just around the corner.
I may have to start planning not only cherry blossm viewing but also long-distance walking.

Six years and one hundred and three days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the fourth straight day and
at least 18-time push-ups for the fiftieth consecutive day.

It's greatly sunny today in Nagoya after a cold rain yesterday.
Thought it's a little windy, I feel the winter cold must have ended.
Weather ladies say today's highest temperature will be 14 degrees,
which will make it unnecessary to put on a heavyweight winter jacket during the day.
The season of cherry blossoms is steadily drawing nearer and nearer.
I cannot wait for it.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and one hundred and two days in a row.
I was able to keep over 17-time push-ups for the forty-ninth straight day
including the most recent three days of 22 times of them.

It's been raining since midnight and now it's cold with the predicted
highest temperature of only 10 degrees.
But actually weather forecasts say such a cold day will be the last.
So, I think I can bear the cold weather.
I've heard Tokyo is highly likely to issue before long that cherry trees
come into bloom there.
And I really hope Nagoya will follow suit pretty soon.

temperature of 18 degrees, which makes me feel as if spring had come.
However, weather officials say it will be rainy tomorrow and the highest
temperature of tomorrow will be 11 degrees, which will make me feel as if
I were in mid-winter.
Anyway, I really have to be careful tomorrow not to catch a cold, and maybe you, too.

of the period of cherry-blossom viewing.
I hope such a nice day will keep on....but actually I may see a rainy day soon.
