I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and ninety-two days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 17-time push-ups for the thirty-ninth successive day
including the most recent thirty-two days of 21-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny again in Nagoya today, but actually, I feel a little
colder than usual for this time of the year.
Even so, I'm sure spring is drawing near today again.
I've taken some medicine for a few days because I felt I might have a little flatuence.
And now I think I've recovered.
