I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and one hundred and one days in a row.
I also was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the second consecutive day and
more than 17-time push-ups for the forty-eighth successive day.

It's beautifully sunny today in Nagoya again with the predicted highest
temperature of 18 degrees, which makes me feel as if spring had come.
However, weather officials say it will be rainy tomorrow and the highest
temperature of tomorrow will be 11 degrees, which will make me feel as if
I were in mid-winter.
Anyway, I really have to be careful tomorrow not to catch a cold, and maybe you, too.
