Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

It has been six years and on hundred and four days in a row since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep more than 17-time push-ups for the fifty-first successive day
including the latest five days of 22-time push-ups.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya again and I've noticed that the buds of the cherry
trees on my way to the workplace are turning color from brown to ocher or greenish brown,
which makes me feel sure cherry blossoms are just around the corner.
I may have to start planning not only cherry blossm viewing but also long-distance walking.
