Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and one hundred and twelve days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 23 times,
and kept more than 17-time push-ups for the fifty-ninth straight day.

It's started raining in Nagoya though it was not raining on my way to the workplace.
I feel it's still a little cold but actually I saw some cherry blossoms have begun blooming.
Anyway, yesterday was a day off work for me and I went to Hikone Castle in Shiga Prefecture.
I could enjoy a great view of Lake Biwa, which I had been wanting to see, from the top floor
of the castle keep or Tenshu-kaku in Japanese.
Well,...I will not forget its very steep stairs.
