Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and one hundred and six days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 18-time push-ups for the fifty-third straight day
including the most recent seven days of 22 times of them.

It's cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya and I actually feel it's cold.
It's gradually getting cloudy and no doubt the weather is going to take a turn for the worse.
And I'm sure this year's March is much colder than usual and so, I'm afraid
this year's spring might be shorter.....But another way of looking at it, too, is that
the season of cherry blossoms might be longer, which must be good in that case.
