Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and one hundred and five days in a row.
I also was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the sixth straight day and
over 17-time push-ups for the fifty-second consecutive day.

It's greatly sunny again in Nagoya but actually I feel a little cold
due maily to the north wind.
I was lucky because it was following wind while riding my bike on my way
to the workplace, but of course, on my way back home, it must be headwind.
Anyway, this year's March might be colder than usual....I'm afraid
the season of cherry blossoms might come later than average year.
