Push-ups：２８ times
Walking: ７０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been three years and 332 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep over 19-time push-ups for the 38th successive day
including the most recent four days of 28-time push-ups.
I did a 70-minute walking for the first time in a very long time and
I want my legs' muscle to become strong enough to do a four-hour walking again.
Anyway, it's beautifully sunny today,....
Well, however, I'm really afraid I cannot afford to do walking today.
