Three years and 322 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep over 19-time push-ups for the 28th successive day
including the last five days of 26-time push-ups.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya and actually it's a little hot.
The predicted highest temperature by weather officials is 32 degrees,
and they added it will be this year's last day of 32 degrees.
Well, I can do walking....if weather permits.
