Three years and 331 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
Although it's very hard, I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the third
straight day and more than 19-time push-ups for the 37th consecutive day.
It's a little cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya with a little high
humidity for September..... but I'm sure it's nice for walking.
Well, I'll have to start planning how to enjoy this year's Nagoya Matsuri
in October, which I couldn't enjoy due maily to a little heavy rain.
