Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been two years and 361 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I did only one set of 17-time push-ups yesterday and kept over one set of them
for the twelfth straight day.
It's greatly sunny again today in Nagoya but actually I feel it's a little cold
although temperatures may be about the same as yesterday.
When I think back to this time last year, if I remember right, it snowed in Nagoya.
Comparing to the same period last year, I must say ...it's milder.＾＾；；；
Anyway I really have to experience wintry cold before the next cherry blossoms season.
