Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Two years and 360 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I could do three sets of 17-time push-ups for the first time in one week and kept
over one set of them for the eleventh successive day.
It's greatly sunny today and actually I feel it's a little warmer than yesterday.
Maybe it's a little warmer than this time last year, too.
However weather forecasters say a cold air mass will come down to Japan this weekend.
So, I really have to be careful not to catch a cold....especially this year, not
to have a sore throat.
