Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：２２ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and two hundred and
thirty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 12-time push-ups for the fity-first consecutive
day including the most recent seven days of 22 times of them.

Yesterday was a hellish day with the record high temperature in Nagoya
of 40.3 degrees, which was exactly deadly.
I didn't go out anywhere before 6 p.m. for fear of dehydration and heat attack.
Weather ladies say Nagoya is likely to see 40 degrees again on Sunday and Monday.
I really have to say this again and again, "Let's survive this summer."
By the way, I've just remember ..... Someone says .....
After a brutally scorching summer, there will come a brutally freezing winter.
