Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and
two hundred and thirty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the eighth straight day and
more than 12-time push-ups for the fifty-second consecutive day.

Now the temperature in Nagoya is 37.2 degrees, and I'm afraid the highest
temperature will be over 38 degrees again.
Normally, if I'm not mistaken, it's only for a few days that Nagoya has
a day with the highest temperature of at least 38 degrees in one summer.
Actually, I don't remember how many such scorching days I have this summer.
I have started wondering if autumn is really supposed to come this year.
