Push-ups：１４ times
Walking：４０＋４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been five years and eighty-seven days in a row since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the sixteenth straight day
including the most recent three days of 14-time push-ups.

It's cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya, but actually I feel a little
warmer than usual.
I usually wear two items of windbreaker in mid-winter but today I didn't
wear one of them because it's not so cold and actually its zipper was broken.
The windbreaker cost only 980 yen at one of the Akanoren shops, which are
very well know for low prices in Nagoya.
I'm wondering if I should buy a new one for the next winter.
