Push-ups：１４ times
Walking：a total of ５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Five years and eighty-six days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by one time to 14 times the day
before yesterday and keep the level for the second successive day.

I went to one of the AU shops yesterday to send my router for repair.
I found there was one thin, light-green, horisontal line on its liquid crystal
display last June, just one month after I got it, and the second line last December.
I had been thinking I had to have it repaired but I was too busy.
Yesterday I finally was able to make time to go to an AU shop.
I really don't like to go to an AU shop because I am always forced to await
my turn for a very long time.
Very rarely and very fortunately, I waited for only 5 or 10 minutes yesterday.
Anyway, it has to be free-of-charge repair because it's not my fault.
