Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：２５ minutes

I have kept no-smoking for three years and ninety-eight days in a row.
I also kept one set of seventeen-time push-ups for the twentieth consecutive day
and over one set of fourteen push-ups for the seventy-second successive day.
Actually, I was surprised that my PC could not connect to the Internet....
I think there might have been something wrong with my PC.
....After several minutes....now it's begun normally operating....What a relief!
